LABORATORY MONITORING

Contamination of laboratory areas and equipment is a problem of fundamental importance to everyone working with radioactive materials. Constant vigilance to prevent contamination, or to contain its spread, must be maintained by every user. The primary concern in this regard is always the health and safety of the personnel working in the laboratory. In addition, the maintenance of uncontaminated laboratories and equipment is of paramount importance if precise and reliable results are to be obtained.
