APPLICATION TO USE RADIATION MACHINES
University personnel who wish to use radiation machines in WSU facilities must obtain prior authorization from the Radiation Safety Committee. You can do this by filling out an Application to Use Radiation Machines form to request authorization (see S90.20 ). You must also fill out a Radiation Machine Registration form to the Application to Use Radiation Machines (see S90.20 ).
Once the forms have been completely filled out they must be submitted to the Radiation Safety Office. The Director of the Radiation Safety Office may grant certain temporary approvals, subject to limitations listed in WAC 246-235-140 .
