APPLICATION TO USE RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS
University personnel who wish to use radioactive materials in WSU facilities must obtain prior authorization from the Radiation Safety Committee. You can do this by filling out the Application to Use Radioactive Materials form (see S90.20 ).
Once the form has been completely filled out it must be submitted to the Radiation Safety Office. The Director of the Radiation Safety Office may grant certain temporary approvals, subject to limitations listed in WAC 246-235-140.
